JM Motor Services ("we", "us") is based in Tyldesley. This policy explains how we use the information you give us when you request a quotation through this website.

What we collect

Your name, mobile number, optional email address, postcode, preferred appointment time, vehicle details (including registration), a description of the work needed and any photos you choose to upload.

How we use it

We use these details only to review your enquiry, prepare a quotation and contact you about it using your preferred contact method. We do not sell your information. We only send marketing messages if you have separately agreed to receive them.

Vehicle lookups

If you use "Find My Vehicle", your registration is sent to the DVLA Vehicle Enquiry Service to retrieve publicly available vehicle details.

Storage and security

Enquiries and photos are stored securely and can only be accessed by authorised staff at JM Motor Services. We keep enquiries only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting work, and delete them when they are no longer required.
